Credit cards concern

Hello Guys

One of my friend's worked in USA a few years. Unexpected thing happened in India so he came to India. He  is unable to go to the USA from last 2 years. The point is he took credit loan around 30k (Wells Forgo, Bank of America). What are the possible options like shall he come to USA or if come what will happen? Please suggest.

So Sad...for sure in future they might come if someone with green card or citizen gives them assurance then only they give new cards to immigrants
