You should quit when you are tired and running bad or playing bad. If you are playing bad and losing money chasing makes it worse. If you are running good continue to play little more time. Coz in these sessions you play good actually. Time limit pettukuni aadaku anyday. If you have no time for day just don't play, time limit pettukunte problem is if you make money ok if you don't make some money you try playing fast paced in many instances. However you can limit your play based on the profit you make. Ex: You can decide like - if I get 1k for that day I'll leave.  My style is don't play tired, don't chase lost money when running bad and don't play rush.
