it's risky to move from Old employer while extension in progress. What if transfer gets denied/rejected and old employer revokes his petition?  That's the biggest blunder one can make. If your friend willing to risk then go ahead. Else  wait for RFE decision and apply for motion in case if denied and then move to FT

I94 inka valid unda. Unte fte ki transfer apply cheyamanu. Antha approve ayyaka move avtha anu not on receipt number

@bcomlophysicsAmendment ayithe picha lite. Last year naku vachindi rfe on amendment. Daniki reply echaru. Ee time lo nenu job maranu, my attorney said it’s fine and transfer went through

It’s amendment, so base petition is always valid.
