You can see people downgrading to EB3 as soon it reaches 2010..Both EB2 and EB3 will move closely.>EB3 ROW kuda deman taggindhi when compared to past..Both Ways India will get benefit..Long shot though..

total GC 140,000 for principles and their dependents

EB1 = 140,000 * 28.6%=37520+any unsed from eb4 and eb5

EB2 = 140,000 * 28.6%=37520+any unsed from eb1

EB3 = 140,000 * 28.6%=37520+any unsed from eba and eb2

EB4 = 140,000 * 7.1%=9940

EB5 = 140,000 * 7.1%=9940

There is 7% annual cap imposed on these numbers for each country

so for this year India =37520*7%=2626 eb2 visa

so each months only 2626/12=219 GC for eb2+any spill over which will be in 10's lets say

in this they will count all in family so on avg 240/3=80 h1b holders/families  will get GC every month.

2008 and 2009 lo rescission time and not many people applied GC that time,still date monthly 1 week kuda move avvatam ledhu..2010-2012 lo month ki konni vella h1b holders GC apply chesaru so its like each week will take year to clear from now on..

so forget about GC's just concentrate on h1b extensions..

Please correct me if I am wrong in these calculations
