EB3 has good Chances.

EB2I waiting after May bulletin is 216k (just  primaries) add dependents 1 on avg so total 432k waiting in queue.

EB3I waiting after May bulletin is 55k (just primaries).  add dependents 1.1 pk avg so total 110k+ waiting in queue. Of those, Some could have dual 140 (porters) etc. EB3 phillipines will be current soon, same with EB3 ROW. So EB3 rest to EB31 influx will be more in coming years. However, EB2I to EB3 porting will increase if EB3I dates cross EB2I just like China. Let’s see how this goes.

This year or next year EB3I will touch EB2I dates

idi antha ok, two charts ga split chesaru kada. How those chart movements are calculated? Koncham idea unte adi kuda explain chesi punyam kattuko. EAD chart is what most of us care at this moment. GC inko 5 years pattina no issue.

USCIS not accepting that chart so no point even you are current .. you can’t apply 485. So Ignore second  chart.

If i'm not wrong, no one is really waiting on the dates to move as per the rule book. Some miracle might happen by gov to make it current (most likely may or may not happen).
