He said hunger is worst kind of suffering. Eradication of hunger through 2 rupee/kg 

First time ever in India, he abolished liquor. ( He knew liquor addiction is major reason where most families suffer).

Removal of patel and patwari system where dhoras had lot of power and they would rape women in TG region. 

Equal property rights to women. Prior this only men had all rights.

He supported PV as Prime minister. Although they are rivals in politics. 

 

He is a legendary actor, politician and social reformer. Its rare to see a person being successful in everything.
