You are right, they don't complain about color. I use to hear many complaints about sandwiches made. We use to compensate them back. Chala complaints store lo cheyyaru, direct letter rastaru headquarters ki. Quality Check people shows up withouth prior notice to check for any wrong doings.  I have also encountered Quality control and hygiene officers show up undercover. We use to do a pretty neat job but condiments and ingredients daggara baaga savagodtundey owner gadu. Breads night vi miglipotey afternoon first rush lo sold out aipotayi.. Each and every bread piece ki count untundey.

any restaurant its same bro...fast food or slow food.. its not fresh...antha marketing and branding anthe..

i know but this subway thing survived a lot and india lo kuda adedo posh ankuntundey appatla.. chustey em ledu anta frozen.. tough and fun part was to make tuna. mayo ni pindi pippi chese indian toothpaste ela testaru ala teyistundey.. Customers also complained to headquarters that people don't speak english   and its hard for them to understand what they are ordering.

I prefer eating at local sandwich shops man ee reason ke, most of them get their veggies fresh. Maa oorilo Sandwich Maxx ani untundi oka store, I think it's a local chain. They have really nice sandwiches, cheaper than subway as well.

Okasari Boston lo oka Subway ki vellaa. Foot long sub order lo lettuce ni kuda lekkapetti maree vestunnadu Love the gujju gadu. a cup for water ani adigithe 2 minutes vethiki and he is trying to say no and edo cup board lo lopala padesina cup techhadu full of dried water and dust  stains . Immediate ga yelp lo feedback ichha. English lo telisina bhootlulanni use chesa. Worst experience.. dressings kuda vaadi face la daridram ga vesadu 

If this is happening across USA, no wonder subway is going down.

Dough frozen, dani over night room temperature lo pettestam. Morning kalla avi bulge avtai. Dani mida italian herb/cheese aladressing konchem estam then oven lo padesi 300f mida bread aipoddi. If this is happening across USA, no wonder subway is going down. 

Avoid desi subways even if you want to eat at Subway. Cup kosam 25 cents adigadu oka sari oka gujju owner, lol. Plus oka sari change isthey amount thappu ichadu, ichinde kaka nenu neeku 5 cents ekkuva icha ani rude ga annadu, nenu bhayya nee 5 cents nee sandwich rendu nuvve pettuko ani walked out. 

Most Subways are desi managed, I am not saying that's a reason for their dwindling sales but most desi people don't know how to maintain proper customer service, so obviously people will stop going. veedi monopoly em ledu ee industry lo. 

Compare that to Chick Fil A and their customer service, no wonder Chick Fil A is continuing to go up.
