ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రానికి ప్రత్యేకహోదా సాధించే విషయంలో గానీ, విభజన చట్టం ఆధారంగా సంక్రమించవలసిన సమస్త హక్కులను సాధించే విషయంలో గానీ... సుప్రీంకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించడం ఒక్కటే మార్గం అని నిపుణులు చాలాకాలంగా సూచిస్తూనే ఉన్నారు. బడ్జెట్ సమావేశాల తర్వాత.. కేంద్రంతో విభేదించిన నాటినుంచి కూడా ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబునాయుడు అడపాదడపా ఈమాట తలుస్తూనే ఉన్నారు. సుప్రీంకోర్టుకు వెళ్తాం అని అంటూనే ఉన్నారు.

కానీ ఈ విషయంలో ఇప్పటికే మితిమీరిన జాప్యం జరుగుతోంది. ఇంత జాప్యం చేయడం అనేది తెలుగుజాతికి ద్రోహం చేయడమే అని ప్రజలు భావిస్తున్నారు. ప్రత్యేకహోదా సాధించేదాకా నిద్రపోను, ఊరుకునేది లేదు అంటూ డాంబికంగా మాట్లాడుతున్న ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబునాయుడు, హోదాను తన పార్టీ రాజకీయ ప్రచారానికి ఓ అస్త్రంగా వాడుకుంటున్నారే తప్ప నిర్దిష్టంగా దానికోసం ఎలాంటి ప్రయత్నాలు చేస్తున్న సూచనలు మాత్రం కనిపించడంలేదు.

సభలు పెట్టడం, ప్రెస్ మీట్లు పెట్టడం, ర్యాలీలు సైకిల్ యాత్రలు చేయడం ఇవన్నీ కూడా రాజకీయ గిమ్మిక్కులుగానే ప్రజలు భావిస్తున్నారు. కోర్టుకు వెళితే ఫలితం ఉంటుంది. కేంద్రం విభజన చట్టాన్ని అమలు చేస్తుందా? లేదా? చేయదలచుకుంటే ఎంత వ్యవధి కావాలి? ఎందుకు సకాలంలో చేయడంలేదు? ప్రత్యేకహోదా విషయంలో వారి అధికారిక వాదన ఏమిటి? ఇలాంటి అంశాలు సమస్తం కోర్టు సాక్షిగా తేటతెల్లం అయ్యే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.

రాష్ట్రప్రభుత్వం తరఫున విభజన చట్టం అమలు కోసం కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించడం వలన ఉపయోగం ఉంటుందని ఇప్పటికే చాలామంది నిపుణులు సలహాలు చెబుతూనే ఉన్నారు. కానీ, అవన్నీ పట్టించుకోని చంద్రబాబునాయుడు.. ఇప్పటికి కూడా... చివరి అస్త్రంగా మాత్రమే సుప్రీంకోర్టుకు వెళ్లే అంశాన్ని పరిశీలిస్తాం అంటూ ప్రవచిస్తున్నారు. చివరి అస్త్రం అంటే చంద్రబాబు ఉద్దేశం ఏమిటో ఎవరికీ అర్థం కావడంలేదు.

ఇంకా ఎన్నాళ్లు గడచిపోయిన తర్వాత.. ఆయన చివరి అస్త్రం బయటకు తీస్తారనేది తెలియడంలేదు. ఇప్పటికీ తన పోరాటాలకు జడిసి కేంద్రం హోదా ఇచ్చేస్తుందని ఆయన భ్రమలో బతుకుతున్నారా? లేదా, చివరి అస్త్రం అనేమాటతో ప్రజలను మభ్యపెట్టడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారా? అనేది కూడా అర్థం కావడంలేదు... అని ప్రజలు విస్తుపోతున్నారు.

కోర్ట్ కెళితే ఏమొస్తుంది. విభజన హామీలు అమలు ఎంత వరకు వచ్చిందని కోర్ట్ అడుగుతుంది. కేంద్రం ఎలాగూ తాము చేస్తున్నవన్నీ చెప్తుంది. మేమిచ్చిన డబ్బుకి లెక్కలు చెప్పట్లేదు అని వాదిస్తుంది. అప్పుడు అది తిరిగి తిరిగి బాబు గారి నెత్తి మీదకు వస్తుంది. హామీలు పూర్తి కావటానికి మొత్తం పదేళ్ల కాల పరిమితి ఉంది కాబట్టి కోర్ట్ కేంద్రం వాదనతోనే ఏకీభవిస్తుంది. అప్పుడు చంద్రబాబు గారికి రాజకీయంగా పెద్ద దెబ్బ తగులుతుంది. అయన ప్రజలకు సొల్లు కబుర్లు చెప్పే అవకాశాన్ని కోల్పోతారు. ఇవన్నీ తెలుసు కాబట్టే ఆయన కోర్ట్ కెళ్లే అంత సాహసం చేయరు.
