please share some experiences in regards to h1b visa stamping, who has done after 8 years

Hello All, 

Please share any experiences who has done their h1b stamping after 8 years... I have every thing except client letter, they wont provide it. Not sure what i can do..

if there is a chance to change the client then better do it. It's not safe to go for US visa without client letter.

nenu exact ga 7+yrs taruvatha first time H1-B stamping ki vella Canada lo (toronto). aa 7yrs lo India ki assalu poledu.... Canada Stamping lo em ekkuva questions adagale... docs kuda peddaga em adagale, basic docs like h1b approval copy, w2 anthe... Canada nundi back USA ki vache mundu kuda em adagale nannu...

 

But, Next  India ki velli vache time lo, chicago lo oka 1hr pakkana kurcho pettaru.... Akkada naku client letter chupiste vadu picha happy ayyadu.... Other than client letter in chicago, inka vere em adagale, vadu annadu Nee linkedIN lo everyting vundi and it matched with resume... But, chicago lo officer enduku pole INDIA ki 7yrs ani baga adigadu... nenu maa parents ye came, anduke pole anna, aina vadu antha convince kale... but vere reasons em leka inka nannu allow chesadu....

In short, for me both client letter and LinkedIN profile helped me in chicago... Canada stamping and entry from Canada was smooth and no issues...

Yo! My friends went to canada.. Vallu visa stamp chesi next day halt chesaru,.. they rechecked everything but after a week passport ichesaru. So it should be good. Get all your docs ready mainly CL. if no CL, get an email copy that no CL will be given and your manager certifies your duties.

Naa emails em check cheyyale... Naa daggara resume print vunde, ade teesukunnadu... Overall ga naa daggara vunna CLient letter and LinkedIN Profile tho vadu satisfy ayyadu anukunna nenu aithe..

8 years ayina, 2 years ayina.. client letter unna, lekapoyina..luck also favors. be prepared confidently to answer if client letter is asked. enduku client letter ivvaledo cheppu.. purchase order unte teesuko ..

I went 3 weeks ago and got approved in Matamoros . I am contractor no client letter evvc model . No question asked . Got stamped very easily . 

Approval ki I got speciality occupation rfe and I refiled new petition and got approved  in May . Hope this  helps .
