Unemployment stipend of Rs. 1000 to be given to 10 lakh youngsters!! 

A historic decision was taken yesterday by CBN’s Cabinet. Unemployed youth in the age group of 22 to 35 years hailing from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families will be given a stipend of Rs. 1000. Graduates / Equivalent Diploma Holders will be eligible to receive this benefit. Youth who have enrolled into scheme will also be given skill training by government agencies until they find a suitable job that matches their qualification. As per a study, around 10 lakh youngsters will be eligible for the scheme which will cost Rs.1200 crore to the state’s exchequer.
