Vijayawada Realestate bubble burst ayyindi.......spoke with couple of builders moved from hyderabad and banglore.... all are saying same...Vijayawada lo hype create chesaru, so vachaamu 3 years back.... but that is a wrong step ani antunnaru....same time lo HYD lone business concentrate chesinollu bagunnaru....ani vaapothunnaru..

VIJAYAWADA lo land development ki ichevallu eakkuva adugutunnaru, koni kattalemu....deenikanna HYD outskirts chaala better antunnaru....

3 months before 2.5 cr per acer....now no buyers for even 1cr.

Amaravathi lo assalu konoddu antunnaru....

anthaa bubble antunnaru.....so most of Realestate investors moving back to HYD......

So NRI's wait for prices slump ....... back to normal vachesthadi in 6 monhts...rock bottom untaayi rates......VIJayawada lo......

Naaku telisina builder 2 cr petti konnadu ....Nandugama daggara....eado oka bridge kadathaaru Amaravathi ki ani......now that is gone for another 20 years......

Amaravathi is a bubble...inkoka 20 years pattuddi....a graphics ravadaniki.......

Just understand the logic...

they release marketing material (videos like above) only when there are no buyers.....................when there are buyers there is no need of marketing videos....

so bubble burst avvadam start ayyindi.....if you already bought for high price, now sell it, or hold it for another 5 to 10 years.

capitallo pedha biscut...akkada gajam 16 k endira ante..mana raitu_bidda aka jagan sufforter vachi..its very reasonable price..inka perigi ala pai paiki vellipotadi...but cbn is nasty ani tittadu
