What are you doing currently? are you liking keto or forecfully doing it?  Get your BMR calories and start eating from there. Measure food and use MyfitnessPal Calc.

Yes you are okay.. Full tinu, FUll aadu but also do Strength trianing. nuvvu adtav kabatti atleast 3 days training cheyyu. I'm assuming you play cricket. Do upperbody/lower body split that will improve your performance.

i play cricket weekly once basket ball 2 or 3 times(pro level lo kaadu) and badminton weekly once..i hate weights bro...abba.gif
