Yeah its wrong assumption. You need to eat carbs and they aren't fatty. They go as fat only if you are eating too much. Nutrition partioning improve avvali antey strength training cheyalsindey. Unless you are genetically blessed.

Yoga chesina muscle build avtadi not compared to ST. It all depends, muscles enduku antey to fray away from age related issues.

Doing the OMAD diet now a days. One Meal a Day, so you fast for 23 hours and eat for 1 hour a day. 

Not following it on weekends due to parties or some other commitments, but follow it 6 days of the week. Lost 13 lbs in a month so far.
