Doing the OMAD diet now a days. One Meal a Day, so you fast for 23 hours and eat for 1 hour a day.

Not following it on weekends due to parties or some other commitments, but follow it 6 days of the week. Lost 13 lbs in a month so far.

Amazing ...IF anamata ....

Yes most extreme version of IF. I had a goal of losing 20 lbs, I am 7 lbs away from it now.

Once I cut that, will go back to eating the Warrior Diet way, 20 hours of fasting followed by 4 hours of feeding.

No akali veyyadu, first 2 days maybe but after that your system will reset itself and won't complain about hunger. Plus I drink a gallon of water upto that point so akalesthey just drink more water that's all.

One meal you can eat anything. Typically I try to eat around 1200 calories in that one meal. A sample of what I eat:

1) Start with a bowl of bone broth(rich in collagen and gut/intestinal health)

2) Around 10 scrambled eggs with chicken sausage.

3) 4 thighs of baked chicken/tuna/salmon etc alternating between them

4) A cup of brown rice with black beans, peas with jeera seeds mixed in the rice.

5) One whey protein shake

6) Half pint of ice cream.

All in one hour.

Yeah bro but some days just can't help going off it. Ninna friend okadu party ichadu illu konnanduku, ended up drinking too much and ate too late in the night.

Woke up in the morning with a hangover, ippudu okay ga undi as I drank some coconut water. But as you know it's rich in sugar, need to burn it off in the afternoon. Weekends osthey parties ekkuvayyai ee madhya, thinking of going on a NO ALCOHOL thing for 100 days and see how my body feels.
