Local parties wont have such  big conflicts with MP elections. MLA elections are a big deal but most states like UP, Bihar, KA wont have MLA elections at the time of MP elections.

 

Nitish Kumar is trying to back off from NDA recently. He was hurt when he lost Bypoll by a big margin. Looks like people are turning towards Lallu+ Congress now. Not going to be that easy in Bihar if BJP has no alliances
