people mightget confuse looking at the 'rao' tag....but it was because of their grand dad and great grand dad's legacy..raja rameshwar rao bahadur and rameshwar rao bahadur, the vassal of wanaparthy...

basically the family is Reddy caste....rao bahadur is the title conferred to him by the nizam...

rao bahadur.....raj pramukh....deshmukh...these are titles given to the kings by the nizam...anthe kani, 'rao' is not the same rao which KCR uses...

Yeah, its a big misconception... 'RAO' anedi oka title..especially in TG,karnataka and maharastra regions la...

not just velamas, even brahmins, padmashalis, velamas, I have seen some of the kammas...kapus using the name 'RAO'

CM KCR, towering personality of velama and generally it has been widely assumed that all RAO's have to be velamas...but in reality, its a small percentage...sub-regional..
