emi kadu man.. ikkada hospitals lo until discharge baga care teesukuntaru. and intiki vachhaka its all depends on you .. I saw couples 2 kids ki kuda parents rakunda chesukunnolu

Are both Working?

If yes both are consultants or FTE's or One is consultant and one is FTE?

 how much flexibility like 2 days wfh or wfh for a month?

What is the travel time to office??

Especially bathing ki - 2nd person always undali okallatho chala tough.. 

Baby 1st 3 mo night time active unte - inka oka person definite ga lechi undali - help is needed.

Ekkada chala mandhi untaru ... doula untaru or else Mee oorla guju/Telugu aunties who are on visitors visa untaru..they are ready to help ...doulKoncham expensive but Ee gujju/Telugu aunties ki cash pay chesthy chalu ...

I'm in the same boat bro. Let me explain my situation. No one was there during labor and after we were discharged from hospital. pillagademo edusthadu. maakenduko teleledu. intlo pedda vallu untey konchem guidance untundi. but naa case lo ala jaragala.but my wife she learned quickly from RNs how to stuff for baby (like how to feed ? bath ? etc........). inka intiki vacham. Luckily naaku 3 months maa manager gaadu WFH ichadu. so nenu inti pani, vanta pani and office pani nenu choosthunna and pilladi pani tanu choosukuintundi. chala chala tough avuthundi evaru lekapothy. 

Nenu same situation lo unna kabatti naa exp cheppanu. he cannot manage. malla mall chepthnna.

And to what I said previously, we are hardly sleeping 4-5 hrs everyday.  WFH kabatti nadipisthunna. office ki poi panicheyyali antey matram chala kastam. and moreover wife ki ee time lo em vandi pettalo kooda manaki teliyali. we cant have her eat everything even though doctors say that. so mee vaadu vantalu baaga chesthye ok ledantey kastam. naa vishayam lo naaku vanta baaga vachu so manage chesthunna. so overall its very very very very very impossible.
