akkada not agriculture land and real estate kabatti konte i dont think it is problem.

ikkada farmers ki land pooling kosam ani donate cheyamani adigi..tarvata valle lands konesi real estate business cheyadam lo diff untadi kada.

okka binami kaakapote 10mandi to cheyistaremo..and buy small pockets like 5acer . 10acer max laga.. 

core capital seed area lo 10acers aina is worth 100acers money kada.. 

i dont have proofs..but that would be possible i think. people have become more sharper in doing such things and covering all loopholes

chinna voolooo janalu sasthunte ok antav. Some where it need to start, and let the problems of people come into focus. CM pulka gaalu elagu cheyatledu even development nor good to poor. So open eyes, atleast try not to criticize if someone trying to do good
