It's not easy to have two petitions, most employers won't agree unless you work for them. Unless you have close connection it's highly unlikely they continue the petition. I worked for 9 years and my employer told he doesn't want to continue I-140 if I quit. Though I can retain PD but if dates become current I don't have an employer to file 485 unless i am in line again with new employer Quote
