people with PD 2012 and beyond can plan for alternative settlement plans, go back to india or other country, come when you PD is current through consular processing

I dont think its easy to survive on H1B for 10 or more years anymore waiting for your PD to be current, EB2 is not getting more than 3000K visas per year without any spillover

EB2 300000/3000 = 100 years

Eb3 50000/3000 = 16 yrs
