Can't say as such... T20 & Tests are different ball game, Batsmen won't be looking to be aggressive in Tests as they in T20s.

Attack chesthe these mystery bowlers will be mighty effective, adhe tests lo players will wait for bowler to bowl loose balls kada, so they may not be that effective

I think, batsmen will read his wrong one in future, which is getting him lots of wickets and hard to play. 
Its not hard to pick his bowling action unlike Mujeeb , who bowls with closed palm, 

Rashid bowls with Open palm, Once oka batsmen oick cheste, every one will follow.

Test match is diff ball game, Batsmen vedi overs ni negotiate chestaru, no need to go after him.
