బెంగళూరు: భార్య తన భర్తకు డెబిట్ కార్డు వివరాలు వెల్లడించకూడదు అంటూ ఎస్‌బీఐ ఓ జంట చర్యకు వ్యతిరేకంగా చేసిన వాదనలకు వినియోగదారుల ఫోరమ్‌లో ఆమోదం లభించింది. మూడున్నర సంవత్సరాలుగా బెంగళూరుకు చెందిన దంపతులు ప్రభుత్వ దిగ్గజ బ్యాంకుతో చేస్తోన్న పోరాటానికి చుక్కెదురైంది.

2013, నవంబరు 14న వందన అనే మహిళ డెబిట్ కార్డు, పిన్‌ వివరాలు ఇచ్చి తన భర్త రాజేశ్‌ను రూ. 25వేలు ఎస్‌బీఐ ఏటీఎం నుంచి తీసుకురమ్మంది. అయితే ఏటీఎం మెషిన్‌ నుంచి కేవలం స్లిప్‌ మాత్రమే రావడంతో రాజేశ్‌ కస్టమర్‌ కేర్‌కు ఫోన్‌ చేశారు. ఏటీఎం లో సమస్య కారణంగా డబ్బు రాలేదని, 24 గంటల్లో ఆ డబ్బు తిరిగి వందన ఖాతాలో జమవుతుందని వారు వెల్లడించారు. కానీ అనుకున్నట్టుగా డబ్బు ఖాతాలో జమ కాకపోవడంతో ఆ దంపతులిద్దరు బ్యాంకుకు వెళ్లి విషయం తెలియజేశారు. వెంటనే సీసీటీవీ పుటేజీ పరిశీలించగా అక్కడ డబ్బు వచ్చినట్లు కనిపించలేదు. అయితే వారికి అక్కడ కార్డు హోల్డర్‌ లేనట్లు గమనించారు. దాంతో ఆ జంట చేసిన అభ్యర్థనను ఎస్‌బీఐ తోసిపుచ్చింది. బ్యాంకు అంబుడ్స్‌మెన్‌ కూడా వారి వాదనను అంగీకరించలేదు. వినియోగదారుడు బ్యాంకు నిబంధనలను ఉల్లఘించి పిన్‌ నంబరును ఇతరులతో పంచుకున్నారని తీర్పునిచ్చింది. దాంతో రాజేశ్ డబ్బు తీసుకున్నట్లుగానే భావించాలని బ్యాంకు వాదించింది. ఫోరమ్‌ కూడా ఈ వాదనలకు మద్దతు తెలిపింది. పిన్‌తో పాటు డబ్బు డ్రా చేసుకోవడానికి ఎటువంటి అనుమతి పత్రం కూడా కార్డు హోల్డర్‌ ఇవ్వలేదని ఫోరమ్ ఈ కేసును కొట్టివేసింది.
