please explain about 5 to 10 year rule ban.. is it because they worked in day 1 cpt and the job is not realted to the degree ? on what basis they will prove ?

 

I know mos senior uscis uncle who thinks electrical engineers works only on electrical machines and power systems.. he don't know that  electronics, vlsi, network engineering, wirless engineerg all are implemented under this branch.

I know about OPT but not CPT. 

I was not aware of CPT rules, if there is a 12-month limit, which I am not aware of then I think we should just abide by it.
