how bro? Krishna lo tisina sand Guntur ki oka rate, ongole delivery ki inko rate untadhi. Fixed figure ela cheptham? To allow heavy vehicles en-masses they have to pay bribe. But the point is when there is huge demand for sand they are taking advantage of this . I'm sure this is same in every business/sector. When there is demand people try to milk as much as they can. Ongole near by beach lo sand kuda use cheyyochu but quality won't be as good as river sand. Manam main point vadilesy we can't go after them for collecting money.  No one forcing you to pay 25 grand. If you are not interested take it easy.  Same people want it same people bash it. Funny.
