Better file the another application In premium, provide sufficient evidence based on previous denial reason.

I had a similar situation, My i-94 was expired by the time I received denial. I have applied in premium process, got approved in 3 weeks.

I797 A Ichadu.. no travelling out of the country and coming back.. Back date chesi ichadu approval. 3yrs approved
