Mount Rainier Hike - Must Go.. One of a kind.. very good feel untadhi.. we used to go almost once in 2 months..

Also Try Eagle Creek Punch bowl hike, Silver Falls, White water rafting near Mt. Hood, Crater Lake (Must Visit), 101 drive from Portland to Bandon beach - madhyalo Sand Dunes (Must Visit), San Juan Islands near Seattle etc etc
