Anyone how did you fight this .. cop gadu speed neenu chupinchanu ..i've been doing this since 30yrs ani reckless driving ani summons sheet ichadu ..

20 over speed annadu .. any advice or direction will be helpful

cop gadu said i was speeding 20mph over the recommended speed .. so asked him if he was  sure and replied i think i was not speeding .. he said he will not show the laser reaading and has been doing that for 30years .

correct e kada vadu chepindhi, so issue yenti. If you want to get print then you need to fight in the court. First speak to a attorney.

It’s criminal misdeamnor charge in VA if it’s above 20 MPH than speed limit or any speed above 80 MPH. 

You just got yourself intro trouble. Contact the local attorney. Reach of the attorneys who serve the county, look for the county on the ticket and search for traffic ticket attorneys there, ask for their suggestion and proceed. Usually these attorneys have understanding with the public prosecutors and chances are good that they might get you an out of court settlement. 

How is your speeding history ? Did you have any previous tickets ? Or any kind of violations in the last 3-5 years ? You case completely depends on this one...

Attorney petko bhayya.. mavodu country road paina 40 unte 85 poyindu.. anthakanna worst kadhemo nee case. 1000$ ayipothadhi. Matta lo panchayithi... bayapadaku....  but konchem jagrathaga undali VA lo.. main long weekend time.. normal time lo unde cops kanna 5 times ekkuva untaru apudu

country roads are really tempting u will be the only guy driving in those roads 

and i have seen people driving insanely 

i try to very careful when driving those roads especially for some moron decides to drive at 80 or 90 mph and cant control his car in the curves
