By all means, I think Jagan may be able to form the government...but thanks to CBN's vision between 2014-2019, Jagan will not be able to run the government with such a sad state of financial irregularities. Eventually, Jagan has to merge his party with Congress which may lift him...but overall, BJP and TDP game plan is up and TDP has made sure to bury AP deepl alive for another decade. Much more than Congress, ITs TDP who did maximum damage to AP. Quote
