Hi,

I am example for the vice versa in your question. I had ectopic pregnancy when I was pregnant for the first time. Case severe ayyi surgically removed right tube. Ovulation on right side always. But one time it picked left tube picked up egg . Cut to future it’s my beautiful 8 yr old. 

My doctor at that time told me which ever tube is close by will pickup the egg. Doesn’t have to be right ovary and right tube. I had my 2 kids with one tube.
