bro need some info around indian home loan ....

land maa father name lo undi ...we applying for home loan. Bank office asking "A format of Special Power of Attorney is attached here with and you have to issue SPA in favour of your father duly attested by officials in Indian Embassy / High Commission." 

 

do i need to go indian embassy or can do this Power of Attorney  at ups /bank ?

if it is public sector bank then "YES" else not needed. I mailed my documents and got the attestation

konni bank indian embassy attest cheiyali ani aduguthunnaru..some will accept ups\bank. It depends on bank manager to accept it. Embassy eitha loan vadu ani cheppu, if it is big amount loan, vadiki month target ki upayogo paduthundhi anukuna vada accept chesthadu..

ekkada mana vallu vadu adigadu ani desperate ga embassy dhaka velli attest chepinchukuntaru, if we resit they will take what we give.
