bhayaa new house kakunda old homes kondamani  choostunnanu, so at the most oldests home yee year vunte houses choodadam best .. like konni houses 1950 , 1940 kuda vuntunaye. recent years vi koncham costly ga vunnaye.

Also Any suggestion for weather to go with townhouse or Independent home. Town home iyethe i see HOA fee is more in good areas. independent house iyethe more number of roomes vastunaye which is of no use for me ani anipistundhi atleast for 10 years.

Ala ane money save chesukuntu vachanu and yepudu apartment ki rents $1400 ala katte badulu  house meedha pedithe atleast save avutundhi kadha ani plan.

Yeah H1 lo risky nee but currently market lo house sale choostunte pettina 2 or 3 days kee veli potunaye houses in good schooling area .. so in case h1  issue iyena ammesi povachu kadh ani step veeyadam anthe ... 

and more over 2011 nunchi choostunte rates are spiking yee kani taggadam ledhu so inka agithe tagutaya anedhi idea ledhu

konu bro...eppudu vundedhey....worst case emundhi you will sell the house and go. $1400 per month ikkada ayina pay chesthav....so yearly 15k+ lose ayinatte ga ikkada ayina....atleast rent kattav anuko nee house ki loss lo sell chesthey

Yeah nee point correct yee kani  what i have observed in new built houses is , away from good schooling area and a little bit far from city and traffic iyethe inka 1 hr drive ki petukovali. construction area wise less .. very old houses have like .9 to 1 acre which are rare now and recent old once ante like 30 - 50 yrs iyethe minim .5 acre anna vunnayee .. and for homes like 10 - 20 yrs old that got reduced to .3 acre and latest vi iyethe hardly .2 acre kuda vundatam ledhu ... and so land meedha kante construction meedhe money spend chestunamu anipistundhi.
