Help on Bank loan

Bhaiya nenu maa parents land ammithe around 1 crore vastadi and I can manage around 75 lakhs of cash.

Naa Question ento antey. If I take a 6 crore commercial property in India which bears me 4 lakhs in rents.

1.) Since I have 1.75 crores in cash, can I go for 4 crores of Bank loan?

2.) Can I take the loan from Icici? If they give.

why do you want to gamble 1.75 crore for meage 4 lakhs rent on a commercial property which is 6 worth 6 crores and take a loan and be responsible for that loan and an additional headache paying more than 10-12 % interests per year ?

why don't you just fixed deposit the same money and earn interest with no risk and no liability of loan ?

ledhu Bro... ee FD lu enni rojulu... just oka property which earns me money. When I go back I can plan to establish something and use this space. 

Property price kuda increase avvuddi...

NRIS by default ga 2Cr varaku qualify avutaru if have salary about 100K. so u should be fine.
