Airline, aircraft model, seat type, food etc. General terms lo hard product soft product antaru. The overall experience is less stressful. Premium checkin lines, separate boarding, more attention (depending on airline), lounge access, layover ekkuva unte shower unde lounges etc. If you have more time to book tickets (like few months) PM me. I can point you to some information where booking business class is possible with a bunch of airline miles. It is something , you need to understand very well but not rocket science. I personally flew Lufthansa, Etihad, Qatar, Turkish, Jet, EVA in international business. Etihad is good to/from IAD/JFK - IAD gets the 787, JFK gets the 380 Qatar almost everything good, but Boston, Chicago, JFK get the latest aircrafts. Boston ki 350, JFK 77W, ORD ki 77W with QSuites. Lufthansa is hit or miss. But the checkin, lounges etc are nice. If you get their 747-8 or 350s they are good. Remaining I think OK but not insanely great. I dont think EVA is for Indian parents. But they server $250 bottle of champagne and I drank like 3 of those on my 15 hr flight from JFK-TPE. Hehe I flew Singapore only on short haul (SIN-BLR). Very good. All of these trips are personal, none for business. Checkout my few other posts where I tend to talk about credit cards and such but many people have different kind of ROI from cc rewards. Post in reddit churning and award travel subreddits and you will see good responses. But do your due diligence before posting. Leka pote akkada tokkestaru.
