MS done.. opt, opt ext also used up.. h1b not picked yet..dec ki opt end avutundi…

can we expect cpt from first sem if he reenters college?

what are the options available to stay ?

yes he can get cpt and stay working

he can j0in cpt day1 college n work but ippudu unna cases lo future lo  H1/ RFE appudu issue avvochu.... but alternative em ledu anukunte cpt only option .....

OPT motham vadeste.. CPT radu ani epudo vinatu gurthu... college fee enta undochu rough ga?

CPT is the only option but even that's riskier now as people started receiving RFE's on CPT too and travelling with CPT is also risky.

Although risky, still the better option is to be on CPT...most colleges now have cpt- from day-1. even before the present OPT ends, ask that guy to join CPT before december itself and transfer the sevis. 

Once sevis is transferred, cpt can be availed.

other options to stay are...join some english language course or vocational course but he won;t be able to continue working...

fees...monthly oka $1300-1500 varaku aitadi vaya...more or less ae college lo join aina ide rate...

sampainche dantlo monthly oka 1500 govinda....and usually monthly okasari vellali college ki...adoka 500 bokka...

CPT vasthundi but future lo H1 appudu 90% cpt mida rfe pade chance undi....  fee sem ki average ga 4000 *3(sem)/year
