Registering agriculture land in India for NRI

naku telisi chala mandhi usa lo undi agricluture land koni valla peru medha register cheyinchukuni untaru being an NRI( more than 180 days outside India with no certain date of return kuda NRI category ki vastharu).

These people should not even take land from Parents in the form of buying or gift. Only will dhawara ravali after their demise.

okala vela ila evariana land koni or transfer cheyinchukuni unta, those titles are not good and will be invalid if someone complaint or if you get caught.

No loopholes, better sell it to someone.

or you can contact the original owner and ask him to cancel previous registration on mutual contest and ask him register again to you while you are in India satisfying residency..

if your paresnts gave it as gift to you, then ask them to write a will to back it up in future.

last option resuest RBI to certify you registration explaining them that you bought that land without awareness about the existing rule.

Its doent matter what visa category you are in..if you outside USA for 6 months with uncertainty of your return date you will be NRI..

yes, it is not allowed as per RBI..if you get caught by them or if someone object your ownership of that land, you are in soup
