as of now govt track cheyiyatam ledhu but if someone with grudge against you raise a complaint your reg. is invalid..

will lo rayadam easy man. intha disco akkarledu because obviously most of us get ancestral property. What if anyone's parents die? It ultimately come to them  since they are the head of the family.

in Karnataka and some states even India residents cant buy agriculture land if income is greater than 2 lakh.

Recent ga ma friend okatanu put his citizenship applicaiton oh hold just because of this.

okkade son, and his family has like 100 acres of agri land around Khammam.

he went to India sorted out the issues, and said NRIs are eligible to get the agricultural land as inheritance and no issues with that.

vachaka citizenship apply chesadu.

my CPA also told same. Most of us think NRI's or GC or US citizens can't own but OCI card lo rules lo clear ga untadhi you can buy properties but you lose voting eligibility ani.

if he went to India with Indian passport he can take that land as gift on same day and can come back and apply citizenship here..

but he cant do the same sitting in USA.

yes, you can get it as inheritance after your parents..either by will or no will. Multiple children unta land kosam kottukokunda will rastharu..
