signed certificates tho issues vosthunnayi. SSL/TLS error. 

local lo working. dev server lo not working. Iuser, Nework service accounts kuda add chesa mmc  user and computer accounts lo.. certificates kuda personal lo unnayi.. Trusted third party lo kuda chupisthundhi. code tho no issues. since it is working fine in local.. Do you have any idea on why it is failing in dev server ?

assalu Server lo permissions ye account ki isharu ... "NETWORK SERVICE" account tho ... VS admin access lekapoyina work avvali.. 

local lo edhi use chesthe better.. "IUser" aa "NETWORK SERVICE" account aa ?

Create a small console application which will log the exception, most of the times it could be firewall blocking and also sometimes the accounts would need some permissions, Also try using a different cert or placing the cert in the trust store.
