US can't be compared with any other country on the planet for opportunities that pays very GOOD salaries for almost every kind of job. Other countries lacks this. Anni start ups/big brands you name it has head Quarters in United States so it is ultimate people see fruit here even the GC is not something you get like other places. 

Canada see this point very well compared to others and they are targeting by 2030 in order to boost their economy they need new people who can work. This is a long term goal and can't be concluded or sidelined in next few years.
