what's the difference between Date For Filing and  Final Action Date?

Date For Filing - EAD

Final Action Date - GC

Date For Filing - EAD  - You can file 485 and get EAD but your application will not be processed and you won't get GC until your Date(Final action date) is current. if dates retrogress you cannot renew your EAD.

Final Action Date - GC - You can file 485 and get EAD and your application will be under processing once everything is right... enjoy GC.
