Congratulations.  Pair programming starting lo koncham uncomfortable anipistundi but it’s awesome later . I work in same environment. Pair programming, TDD . My experience was we even build good friendships with colleagues because of pair programming, own project and love work environment. You feel like contributing more . It’s fun . Good luck !
