anyone bought furniture from Ashley? I heard and read their 5 yrs extra warranty sucks big time, they dont process claims as they will come up with some crap excuse ani.

How about online stores like WayFair, colemanfurniture, 1stopbedrooms etc? - all these online stores has FREE shipping, FREE extra warranty and more over NO sales tax.

I don't know about the warranty stuff but Ashely furniture is very expensive that's why check with local vendors. They sell the same stuff what you get in Ashely store and cheaper too.

why do you expect to end up using the warranty? None of the furniture stores want to repair/fulfill a used furniture unless it's obvious reason.

as @JANASENA said, there are local chinese furniture shops, who sells the same Ashley product at a much cheaper price. 

But my question was mostly on "extra" warranty, and that is very clear it doesn't work as expected.

I did in the past and used them for 1 yr.. they are good but pricey

Ashley is ower priced. Dont waste money feom them. Check in ifferup local vendors putting thier furniture in offerup
