His diaries suggest so

The climate and its alleged effect on Indians comes up again in Einstein's diaries.

Albert Einstein

Revelations made in a book compiling Albert Einstein's travel diaries have sparked a debate on the scientist's views of race and of people from India.

In 1946, physicist Albert Einstein, speaking at an American college that was the first to give degrees to black people, denounced racism in a speech that birthed one of his most popular quotes: "Racism is a disease of white people."

Indians, Einstein seemed to have believed, were "biologically inferior" and were hampered by the subcontinent's climate that "prevented them from thinking backward or forward by more than a quarter of an hour."

An attitude that reveals Einstein's belief in geographical determinism and in the Indians' alleged intellectual inferiority.

what difference does it makes with einstein's thinking about indians now at present. @3$%

somehow I despise einstein for developing nuclear bomb.

he didn't develop the bomb. It was Robert Oppenheimer who headed the manhattan project, and Richard Feynman was the key member along with others. Einstein simply posited the theory that masss is energy.

lol. pls look into your comments on muslims before you call out another person.

Not that you can't call other bigots, but Einstein wasn't being a bigot here.

haha.. He meant that Indians didn't have to fight for their survival, because the climate and land they live in didn't prepare them for that. nothing more.

Given the times he lived in, where racism was  more prevalent, Einstein was remarkably prescient about the significance of race and IQ. He will be proved right later, with extensive research that links IQ and racial makeup.

But identifying differences among races, is not the same as being racist. Intelligence has been more or less quantified and understood, but not yet replicable. Its up to us to use that knowledge to discriminate each other, or give each other space inspite of those differences.

remember, its not the intelligent that survive, but ones that can adapt the best to its environment. Intelligence can even be a disadvantage there.

true ....north indians memu white ani feel avutharu ....south tamils we are native indians ani cheppukuntaru ..em decide kavalo prapanchakaniki teliyatledhu

eastern european migration into India happened 4-5000 yrs earlier, and mass migrations happened 3-4 times since. Some of those people migrated to Europe too.

both south and north Indians are not original inhabitors of India - they came from outside.

sanskrit was brought in by the migrants to India.

I know that all brahmins are not smart. not even most, or many. that's what Einstein is saying too.

Sanskrit was born in either Iran or easten europe. derived from a proto-Indo European language.

India is not special. It just had the best climate at that time for people to mass migrate and ravage the locals, and claim it as your own now.
