I94 extension

Bhayyas  , H1 extension approve ayite I 94 automatic ga extend avtunda. Recently got my H1 extension (I797A) , but  with old I 94 . CBP site lo enka pata h1 end date ne chupitondhi .. Any advise please?

Its the same old I94 number (as in cbp site) kotta number evvaledu

pata H1 approval form chustunnavemo check..else talk to attorney whether it is the right I797 u got.

Ledu Bhayya got the new I-1797A . Applied in June for extension after coming from India in Feb.. Feb lo ichina I94 number vesadu ee I797 lo

site lo etla update aitadi vaa..without going out of the country.........errabus ekki vastar etla va,,...kotha h1 meeda undede nee new i 94 for now...if u go out of the counntry n return..appudu site lo update chestar

but he says he has same I94 number on both new and old approvals..

is that the case.?

Thanks so much Bhayya ,yep expiry date is according to  the extended  H1 end date., its the number that did not change.

 Extension ki site lo update avvadu. Only out of country travel aithene update chestaru site lo.

Port of entry website lo update avvadu. yousceyes and ceebip systems rendu different. Nuvvu recent ga travel chesi return vastundaga port of entry lo valla online website lo ichina number e nuvvu ehh1 extend ki istav and ade same i94 number ki nee stay extend avutadi.  If nuvvu malli next month travel chesthe malli poe lo u get new i94 number and u need to continue that same number along with ur next eh1 extensions as long as u r inside country. Validity of i94 always supercedes by latest one(latest travel cbp site i94 or ehh1 extension 797 which ever is latest). Anduke mee employer, lawyer eh1 extension chesetappudu Recent I-94 copy adugutaru (if u travel recently then u need to get that from online cerbip site or if u did not travel from previous eh1 approval then give your latest i797).
