If any country is in problem cant we pour cash and purchase their currency ? so once they back to normal the currency value offcourse appreciates by many folds ex: afganistan when war is happening 1 dollar = 1 crore afgan. zimbambe also same, let me know if this is good idea ? currently venizula is in problem.
