the thing is the second link was run by a desi guy name venkat, he will be bragging on lot of things....i did not have any good experience with that guy, but the guy in the mexico ernesto, he was very cool guy. the mexican guy in the first link is old, he is running this from 15 years... he is american citizen and he owns some properties and hotels in matamoros, mexico, he leaves at 6pm every day and comes early morning at 8:30.. his staff in mexico will take care of you guys....

Both guys are good,its just me being there for the first time, i went with link 2. Next time i will try link 1 since i have tried link2

and one more thing is there are trying to close some consulates through out mexico and consolidate in matamoros, so there will be more crowd pulling in the future

Awesome. Yeah Ernesto was cool and seems to be a good guy. I was little concerned about security but i felt very comfortable. I forgot a document for fingerprinting and he called his niece and  she immediately took me to hotel and back to ACS center on time.  I give 5/5 for his service.
