Look at the sad state of illegal immigrants in USA, staring at a miserable life and hoping sun would rise over their head one fine day bit that never happened.

This issue is about the loose rules USA had and the extent of damange it has made to 11 million illegal immigrants.

if you have concern for illegal immigrants, you can show that by being more humane by legalizing them, and being more humane when they are deported. Not by calling them criminals, when they apply for asylum.

from my first post itself, i took the stand...the plight of 11 million stateless aliens in USA. 

Had the border been secure, it would not have happened and immigration would not have been a mess...

I only advocating that atleast going further, border should strengthen.....and not just border, even people need to understand that its useless and risky to cross the border illegally....

what opposition politics, asshole? Trump hiimself is playing domestic politics with this. There's literally no use in detaining kids. It won't stop people from coming in. It's not going to make 'America safe' whatever that means.

if migrants stop coming in, entire industries in US that depend on their labour will collapse. Even US govt doesn't want it.

think practically....border police arrests a family of crossing the border illegally and sends them to detention center

Now when they are at the detention center, the series of abuse starts. The kind of abuse what they undergo is much more horrible than 'Indian upper castes' did to 'Dalits'

What difference it would make when the family is together or not in a detention center when they know for sure that they gonna get deported soon to their home country ?

they didn't cross the border. some of them turned up at the border patrol asking for asylum.

US is obligated to admit their asylum application and house them together until their application is processed. whether they admit them, or turn them away is their prerogative.
