since Trump came into power, he has been misusing his power and authority and every US department is behaving in their own way. I reminded of imperial japan of 1940's when I see present USA.

USCIS,DHS,Border PAtrol, etc are now bound by Presidential Orders ....They do not say anything but have given these departments more power and disperse individuals with discreting power and authority to crack down on anyone irrespective of anything if they deemed to break the law.

Poor people, they are not even been given a chance to appeal in the court of law. 

Draconian authority...I hate Trump to the peaks with the way hehas been misusing his power. He cannot go through the congress way to amend things and hence, utilising the agencies to achieve his mad goal.

None in this nation have guts to take against this guy....its so horrible that there is nothing like privacy exists anymore in a country which is famed for individual freedom.

Trump cannot be entirely blamed for the mess here and I hate trump...why cant both these statements go together ?

Asylum : Border agents now have so much power vested with him that even asylum seekers are being benied attorney access to even file a case in the court of law. Laws are not effective and so Trump is utilising the agencies to completely crack down on such things through Presidential Orders. This is happening now and this is the answer for 'US going to cut itself off the world' phase-1.

Border agents are basically majority hispanic.. you know like those Indian sepoys in British miilitary before Indian Independence.. like that.

there was a homeland security press conference, where they simply said that its the directive of DoJ to do this (keeping kids away).. which means what, sessions? and Trump..

sessions came on TV to blame democrats for holding up bills that can pass laws that can stop this. so basically, they are playing to both the base, and their neutral supporters. Its purely domestic politics. Nothing to do with national security.

Now Trump has signed an order canceling it, after so much bakclash. and you are saying backlash is just pointless emotional outburst.

A naturalised citizen is not safe in this country, YOu talk about illegals and their families.

Here is a classic case that happened few days back, in a immigration sweep in NewJersey, a person was arrested and after investigation, it was found that that person who is a naturalised citizen of USA has commited a petty civil crime and he has been stripped of the citizenship, sent to detention center and then sent back to his home country.

and you are talking about immigrant families at border seeking asylum or what so ever is the reason...

Yes, President has signed an executive order and what do you expect the agents to do, revolt ? do a sepoy mutiny ? a mangal pandey thing ?

to crack down on immigration without any tolerance, irrespective of gender or age....and homeland security people have to follow the orders and DHS decodes whats exactly 'Zero Tolerance' means...

This is the present state...government agencies are now being turned to act in personal interest of the President...Wish you can see where it is going now.

May be you are not aware of things but, in most of the cross border illegal immigration and asylum cases, Kids have been used to benefit from the laws...Now, Don't say you don't know about these things...then I would suggest you to read articles about how cross border illegal immigration takes place.

Remember, its not USA-Canada border, Its USA-Mexico border.
