If I were a frequent flyer, I would choose a different airline rather than complaining. No offense bro.  

They work with very old carriers (MD-80 and such) which are almost nearing their end. Those flights needs extra maintenance sometimes causing the delay. Their business model requires them to use older carriers which they got for less.

It's Modern Airbus A320. American Airlines is the only another carrier with non-stop flight i can catch on time to come to office without wasting too much time but their monopoly on this state and round-trip costs $590 unless you book 4 weeks ahead and it's almost uncertain and I can ask one day remote in future so doesn't want to pre-book for a month in advance.  Allegiant I only take one way. Which some times costs $60 to $180 depends on the traffic. I really want to put correct insights for people who think it's so easy to throw an random idea.
