Power changes bro and no business wants to tie with one party. They play all cards to make sure it’s green. Original Capital was supposed to be around Nagarjuna university but they diverted to protect Raintress and Lingamaneni properties to make sure they get best value. Rain Tree park is an utter flop project it came back to life just because of this capital shift.
