Detox teas nijam ga work ayithaya...Online lo ppl are claiming that they lost 20 lbs ,10lbs ani ...are they true ...

side effects em undava ...did anyone tried if so share ur experiences

I tried everything from ACV to body wraps ...... only thing that works is good diet and exercise

 

... just for fun try 1200 cal healthy diet and 1 hr of exercise for 1 week .... I bet u will be hooked

They won't... Entire detox is fake industry...detox juices, detox fragrances, detox tea...all are fake. 

Your stomach has very powerful acid which is the most powerful detox agent... It doesn't need any. Good food habits in general help... Not these fake teas

Detox tea gurinchi teleedu gaani, body detox avvali ante lemon honey thagali anta. I drank lemon honey in warm water for 1 month and then had nuts and fruits as breakfast and before breakfast i made sure to drink nearly 1 ltr of warm water and then having portion control of food in the evening and then voila!! I looked like teenager and my skin was so clear. I thought body detox ayyindi emo ani. True Story!!
